Siri Gjære lives in Trondheim, Norway. She works as a singer-songwriter and sometimes as an actress. Siri has released several records with a variety of projects and bands since her graduation from the jazz department at Trondheim´s University of Technology and Sciences in 1997. In 2006 Siri was bestowed the honour of being appointed Official Regional Artist by the authorities in Trondelag, giving her financial support to dedicate herself fully to performing, touring and writing.
